Toronto, ON (March 10, 2022) – ACTRA National issued the following statement regarding negotiations for a renewed National Commercial Agreement.

“We are currently focused on bargaining to renew our National Commercial Agreement with the Institute of Canadian Agencies (ICA) and the Association of Canadian Advertisers (ACA),” said Marie Kelly, ACTRA National Executive Director and Lead Negotiator. “ACTRA’s talented and hard-working members across Canada are second to none. As we continue to work on getting a deal, we will not be commenting about the bargaining process. Negotiations should remain between the parties at the bargaining table. ACTRA’s leadership and bargaining team are committed to renewing our strong national collective agreement.”
