The Hall of Shame

The Hall of Shame features the biggest names in union busting advertising agencies. Shame on these advertising agencies and their high-profile clients who have locked out ACTRA commercial performers!

You can tell these agencies and their brands exactly how you feel by joining ACTRA’s boycott here: https://test.actra.ca/nca/boycott

Engagers that have locked out ACTRA members can easily leave the Hall of Shame by joining the National Commercial Agreement between ACTRA and the ACA at any time by completing a letter of continuance.

Engagers that have locked us out

ACTRA Members have been advised not to accept work from the Engagers listed below following their unlawful lockout of ACTRA performers from the workplace. There is a wide variety of work that should not be accepted from these agencies, including auditions, callbacks, sessions, commercials pulled from dormancy, etc.

To Engagers that have unlawfully locked out ACTRA Members: To continue to have access to ACTRA’s professional performers, you are welcome to join the renewal National Commercial Agreement (NCA) between ACTRA, ACA and A2C at any time by completing a letter of continuance. Please return completed forms to your local ACTRA Branch office.
